New Dental Patients


We see all patients on an appointment basis, and ask that you call in advance so that we may reserve time for you. We try to see all patients on time, and request that you extend the same courtesy to us.

If you cannot keep an appointment, please call our Naples dental office office immediately, so that this time can be offered to another patient. There will be a broken appointment charge if we are not notified within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

Financial Arrangements

We make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care. You can help by paying for treatment at the time of your visit. We accept American Express, MC, Visa and Discover. We also offer CareCredit which is a convenient, low minimum monthly payment program with little or no interest.

We do not accept the assignment of insurance benefits. Any expenses incurred will be your responsibility. As a courtesy, we will process your insurance for you with instructions for the insurance company to reimburse you.

Patient Comfort

Our office maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation and infection control. All clinical personnel wear long sleeve jackets, surgical masks and gloves. Such attire requires us to maintain a temperature in the office of 70 degrees.

You may wish to dress warmly, or bring a sweater or light wrap. We have blankets available for your comfort; just ask!
