What to Expect at Your Appointment
Our team makes every effort to ensure your visit is comfortable and stress-free, and that begins with knowing what you can expect at your appointment. You will notice all of our clinical personnel wear long-sleeve jackets, surgical masks and gloves in our commitment to cleanliness, sanitation and infection control.
We maintain an office temperature of 70 degrees, so you may wish to bring a sweater or light wrap if this is a little cool for you. Feel free to request a blanket if you would like to use one during your visit.
Appointments
Our office operates on an appointment-only basis. We typically are not able to see you without an appointment, although we will try to make accommodations in the event of an emergency.
We will make every effort to see you very near your appointment time and ask that you extend us the same courtesy by arriving a few minutes early. Please call us immediately if you cannot keep your appointment so we can offer the time slot to another patient.
If you contact our office after normal business hours, you will be asked to leave a message and your call will be returned shortly. Additionally, if you have a true dental emergency and are a patient of record, our answering system will direct you to contact Dr. Lucas directly so he can return your call as quickly as possible.
Financial Arrangements
You are responsible for payment of any expenses incurred during your appointment prior to leaving our office. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover in addition to personal checks.
Some of our patients take advantage of CareCredit, which is a credit card that offers convenient, monthly payments with no interest if the balance is paid off in six months. Click here to apply or for more details.
We do not accept the assignment of insurance benefits. However, we will process your insurance paperwork for you with instructions for the insurance company to reimburse you. This does not release you from the responsibility of paying for services at the conclusion of your appointment.
Patient Forms
We have made our new patient forms available to you as Adobe Acrobat files. For your convenience, we recommend printing and completing these forms at home.
Please remember to bring your completed forms with you for your first appointment. If you have any problem getting these files to print properly, please call our dental office in Naples, FL, and we will gladly send them via U.S. postal service, email or fax them to you.
